Ronda, Spain – Puente Nuevo

The Puente Nuevo is the “newest” bridge in Ronda which was built in 1793. The bridge took 40 years to complete, is approximately 325 feet and cost the lives of 50 builders. The bridge bisects the new and old towns of Ronda and both the bridge and the views are spectacular.

Ronda is located between Malaga and Seville and is an easy day trip from either city. To be honest I do regret not spending the night as thee was so much to see and do.

The Surfer

An early morning shoot that yielded no significant sunrise but the early spring fog and the cool weather provided for a good backdrop. The surfers were out as were the joggers and little ole me with my tripod and gear getting ready to do some long exposures on the beach in Tel Aviv.

This surfer came out of the water and I was able to pivot and turn quickly to capture this shot.

Zurich at Night

The view of Zurich from our hotel was just as spectacular at night as it was during the day (only just a bit trickier to capture).

Westfield World Trade Center

The Westfield World Trade Center was completed and opened in August 2016. It replaces The Mall at the World Trade Center which located on the concourse level of the original World Trade Center which was destroyed on September 11, 2001.

The architecture of this mall is pretty spectacular and if you stand in the right spot you can see the new World Trade Center through the slats. I took this picture last fall but I’m heading back to NYC in a few weeks and I intend to pay it another visit.

Along the Limmat River

The Limmat river runs through the city of Zurich and commences right to Lake Zurich. Okay…had to let you know the details but the beauty of it is just walking along the river on a beautiful, sunny, pre-spring day.
