Old Town Malaga

Malaga is one of the oldest cities in the word. It was founded in 770 BC by the Phoenicians and was originally known as Malaka. In addition to its long history, Malaga is also the birthplace of painter and sculptor Pablo Picasso, Hebrew poet and Jewish philosopher Solomon Ibn Gabirol and the actor Antonio Banderas.

Day or night the beauty of this city is hard to resist.

Malaga Sunset

I was fortunate to be staying at a hotel that had a rooftop swimming pool. Never did use the pool but it was a perfect spot to capture the sunset over the old town of Malaga.

Old Town Valencia

I was thoroughly impressed by the old historic centre of Valencia. The lovely narrow streets, colourful buildings and excellent food is what I love most about Europe.
