Weekly Photo Challenge – Everyday Life

The minute I saw this weeks challenge I thought of this image but I was sure that I had shared it already. Imagine my surprise when I realized I hadn’t posted this yet.

For this weeks challenge…everyday life in Burano. I call this one “Neighbourhood Talk.”

Burano, Italy, venetian lagoon, colored houses, neighbourhood talk, street life

    • Thank you so much for visiting and for your comment Elena. I really appreciate it. I love Italy and the time we spent in Venice was glorious. Burano is really a beautiful place. Sometimes when we live in a place we don’t tend to explore as the tourists do 🙂

  7. Another one of your excellent multi-coloured line of houses. This really does have a neighbourhood feel to it with ordinary local folk in the foreground. It tells a story – hope ir does well for you, Edith

    • Sí, es un lugar fantástico. Había muchos lugareños sentados afuera hablando con los demás. Gracias.

So cool. Love those scenes with the clothes hanging out the window. It’s like something you always see in movies and old art, etc. Nice to see it’s really like that in places 🙂

  19. A very nice shot of everyday life. Indeed neighbourhood talk. It’s a well done composition with all the elements beautifully distributed within the frame. But of course it’s the colours that require all the attention. Those colours on the background houses are quite amazing.
